Our website aims to connect users with experienced beauty experts for booked services. Once an appointment is confirmed, we coordinate with the beauty expert to ensure a seamless consultation at the agreed time, location, and mode specified during booking. However, we cannot be held liable for any service deficiencies, including cancellations due to the unavailability of the beauty expert.

Once an appointment is confirmed by us, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, under certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may offer a full or partial refund if the beauty expert becomes unavailable or if an alternative expert is arranged for consultation. Our decision in such cases is final.

Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the refund is processed via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 13 to 15 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this time frame, please understand that bank policies dictate the refund timing, and we have no control over it. Refunds processed via wallet should be available within 24 hours.
