Delete Account & Data Retention Policy
BecomeBeautyExpert (BBE) values your privacy and provides full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the BBE Mobile Application and Platform, please follow the process outlined below.
How to Delete Your Account:
- In-App Deletion (Instant):
- Open the BBE App and log in to your account.
- Go to My Profile / Account Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your request to permanently delete your profile.
- Via Email Request:
- Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address or mobile number.
- Mention the subject line: "Request for Account & Data Deletion".
- Our support team will process your request and delete your account within 7 working days.
Data That Will Be Permanently Removed:
- Personal Profile Details (Name, Phone Number, Qualification, Location).
- Scholarship Applications & Eligibility Records.
- BBE Wallet Balance & Referral Links.
- Applied Internship & Job Placement History.
Data Retention (If Applicable):
- In compliance with Indian tax laws and legal obligations, transaction/payout logs (if any) may be retained in encrypted records for legal audit purposes before complete purge.
