National skill training institute for women is a not-for-profit organization located in Noida and works under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Realizing the gap between employment for men and women, the national skill training institute for women is constantly working towards creating similar job opportunities for every gender candidate.

The Women’s Vocational Training Programme was launched in 1977 under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The program is implemented to promote women’s employment by offering skill-based training and courses to women. 

Courses like craftsman training scheme, crafts instructor training scheme, CTS new age scheme, advanced vocational training scheme, advanced diploma are offered by National skill training institute for women. This institute works in collaboration with NSDC institute. Aspiring individuals can apply using NSDC training center registration to avail of these courses.
